DJ Mik-mik loves the night and soundsystem subculture! Beginning in 2003 and terrorizing Brno and Dublin scene with his own production and live sets (free tekno/acid), he’s been a part of Brno’s artist and sound system collective Equipe Animazione Crew (EAC) since 2004. Music production lead into collaboration with another EAC member Fishead, under EAC DJ’s moniker and the results were a style fusion of electro, breakbeat, acid and dirty house. EAC DJ’s tracks were released on various Spanish and English labels, including Ruff Rider vinyl in collaboration with legendary New York MC Jamalski, Ixindamix or Mikkim.
Mik-mik has been mixing mainly from vinyl up until today. His style range reaches from groovy styles like funky, soul, latino, balkan brass or hip-hop to proper soundsystem music like breakbeat, electro, acid, techno and free tekno. RAVE!
